1003g SIG: High-stakes program evaluation

   Michael Burns Consulting led a team of seven evaluators on a state-funded 1003g School Improvement Grant contract to complete School Climate Reviews of 12 turnaround schools. Teams of evaluators visited the schools, gathered data on criteria identified by Michael Burns and specified by the state. Lengthy and detailed reports were completed on each school and submitted to the state.
