Cornerstone: Planning for an organized, dynamic future

   Cornerstone Center for the Arts relied on Michael Burns Consulting for a top-to-bottom updating of its planning, structure and programs. Its new strategic plan is bolstered by departmental action plans. Michael Burns guided Cornerstone through the development of a system of job descriptions and staff evaluation tools, along with teacher and volunteer self-evaluations and a post-class survey. With the consultants' expertise, Cornerstone also revised its program assessment system for work groups and educational offerings.
